Sun Eagle Corporation has been actively working at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for the past 6 years. Our current contracts with the Aviation Department include Construction Manager at Risk and Job Order Contracting. The Aviation Architectural Construction Job Order Contract is a project to perform work at all (3) Terminals at Sky Harbor as well as Deer Valley and Goodyear airports. We have completed over 180 individual job orders with scopes including remodels and new builds from maintenance to upgrades. The work includes: demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, casework, roofing, doors, frames, hardware, glass, metal stud framing, ceilings, carpeting, terrazzo, painting, toilet accessories, signage, elevators, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical and fire alarm. This contract allows Sun Eagle Corporation to improve, sustain and build new infrastructure at one of the country's busiest airports. The Perimeter Security Fence Strengthening project is a multi-year, multi-phased Construction Manager at Risk contract to upgrade Sky Harbor security perimeter to world class standards. New infrastructure systems include: decorative ornamental iron fencing, structural integrally colored concrete barriers, (4) strand highway cable systems, hydraulic K-12 rated wedge barriers, vehicle rated drop arm systems, rolling gates with high security gate operators and high security pedestrian access gates. Electronic system upgrades include: complete card reader systems at all gates, closed circuit television systems, vehicle loop detector systems, fiber optic connectivity to Aviation Operations centers and new guard booths. The Terminal 4 Fire Alarm Upgrades is a Construction Manager at Risk contract which will include replacing all existing fire alarm components and adding new fire alarm components to meet codes and state fire requirements. The project will be divided into several phases that will encompass all of Terminal 4 including the main concourse, bridges, passenger concourses, and non-public operational areas.
